Salary: 1,540,000 IQD gross pay per month (subject to income tax and social security deductions)

Job Summary:

The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for supporting the business setting up and then overseeing the daily operations of the ProTech branch in Baghdad. This role involves , managing customer relationships, interacting with governmental entities, manage constructive relationships with company stakeholders, and ensuring all activities align with ProTech’s core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • enabling the business set-up, including office location, infrastructure, business procedures.
  • Participate in the recruitment process to build a competent team.
  • Develop and deliver necessary training programs for staff.
  • Manage daily operations and tasks distribution to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage staff employment affairs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and address any issues promptly.
  • Interact with governmental entities to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Act in line with ProTech’s core values of Customer Satisfaction, Professionalism, and Standardization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any closely relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cars maintenance service delivery.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work closely with other supporting functions.

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to the Managing Director.
  • Works closely with other supporting functions.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Starting salary of 1,540,000 IQD gross pay per month.
  • Merit increases and annual bonuses based on personal and company performance.
  • Contract duration: Annual fixed term for the first 2 years, with potential conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance.
